Position Overview
We are seeking an Internal Medical Physician to join our team in Douglassville, PA. This role offers teaching opportunities and a supportive work environment, aimed at enhancing provider efficiency and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teach and mentor 2 to 3 residents on average.
2. Conduct patient appointments one half-day per week.
3. Utilize DAX Copilot for enhanced efficiency.
4. Collaborate with a supportive team, including MAs, PSRs, and an RN.
5. Participate in a shared call schedule with no weekend office requirements.

Qualifications

1. Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) in Internal Medicine.
2. New graduates and those completing training are encouraged to apply.
3. For new graduates, completion of a chief residency year with teaching experience is required.
4. For experienced candidates, a mix of academic and non-academic experience in primary care is preferred.
5. Eligible to obtain a valid Pennsylvania Medical License.
