Job summary

City of Tulsa currently seeks a candidate with a high school diploma or GED and four years of progressively responsible experience in semiskilled and skilled construction work, including water and sewer maintenance and utility location. The role requires familiarity with construction practices and related field responsibilities.

Position hours are Sunday through Wednesday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with pay scale under Labor Trade (LT) Pay Scale.

• Possession of a valid Oklahoma Class "A" Commercial Driver's License (CDL) within six (6) months of hire date with applicable endorsements; some positions Oklahoma State Agriculture Department Non-commercial Pesticide/Herbicide permit within 9 months of hire, some positions. Relevant Class D Water/Wastewater license as issued by the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) within 72 months of hire, some positions. Confined Space Entry Certification and or Certification on Self- Contained Breating Apparatus SCBA, some positions.
