City of Tulsa seeks a skilled tradesperson for water and sewer maintenance at 5605 S. Garnett Rd (IW). Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and four years of progressively responsible experience in water, sewer maintenance, construction, or utility location.
Certifications such as CDL within six months, DEQ licenses, and confined space/SCBA may be required depending on position. Work hours are Sunday to Wednesday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Graduation from high school or possession of a General Educational Development Certificate (GED), and four (4) years of progressively responsible experience, including semiskilled and skilled construction work experience in water, sewer maintenance, construction, utility location, or related field.

Possession of a valid Oklahoma Class "A" Commercial Driver's License (CDL) within six (6) months of hire date with applicable endorsements; some positions Oklahoma State Agriculture Department Non-commercial Pesticide/Herbicide permit within 9 months of hire, some positions. Relevant Class D Water/Wastewater license as issued by the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) within 72 months of hire, some positions. Confined Space Entry Certification and or Certification on Self- Contained Breating Apparatus SCBA, some positions.
