Job summary

ALO is seeking an experienced loss prevention investigator to conduct timely, objective investigations across its U.S. stores.

You will analyze theft, fraud, and policy violations and partner with HR, Legal, Asset Protection, and law enforcement to support resolutions. You will manage internal investigations using AI-enabled tools, review transactional and video data, prepare case reports, preserve evidence, and help with restitution and prosecution workflows while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of internal investigations or loss prevention experience.
• Wicklander-Zulawski certification required.
• Strong interviewing, judgment, and integrity.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Job description

• You will analyze exception-based reporting and operational intelligence to build defensible case files.
• You will partner with HR, Legal, Asset Protection, and law enforcement to support resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bring 5+ years of internal investigations or loss prevention experience, ideally in multi-unit retail.
• Hold current Wicklander-Zulawski certification and strong interviewing skills.
• Demonstrate high integrity, sound judgment, and ability to travel as needed.
