Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking Internal/Family Medicine physicians to join our network across West Phoenix, Goodyear, Buckeye and Surprise in Arizona. Roles are full-time with 4-day weeks and one late day (8am-7pm) in several locations or 4x10s with 7am-6pm shifts and occasional Saturdays.

The ideal candidate is board-certified or board-eligible, with an Arizona license, DEA, CPR/AED, fingerprint clearance, and residency in Family or Internal Medicine.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Valid Arizona Medical License.
• Valid DEA Certificate.
• CPR and AED Certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross compliant).
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (Arizona DPS).
• Valid Arizona Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Promote preventive care, wellness, and patient education.
• Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and professionalism in all patient interactions.

Buckeye, AZ - Family Medicine Physician need 2 yrs of exp Mandate Schedule: 4×10s (7:00 AM - 6:00 PM)One weekday off (Wed or Thu)Possible Saturday option (optional / moonlighting)

Surprise, AZ - MD/DO - Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) - - 4 Days week / One late day (8:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

Position Summary:

The Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician is responsible for delivering comprehensive primary care services, including the evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions. This role emphasizes preventive care, health education, and health promotion while ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. Physicians will function with minimal supervision, following established clinical guidelines, organizational policies, and best practices.
