You will manage channels, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help shape our communications strategy. The role emphasizes using modern tools and maintaining consistency across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts in Business Communications required.
• Experience in corporate communications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute internal communications aligned with goals, culture, and values.
• Draft, edit and publish content for internal channels (newsletters, intranet, Teams).
• Partner with cross-functional teams to amplify culture, recognition, and development initiatives.
• Maintain editorial calendars and messaging trackers; monitor engagement and inform planning.
• Coordinate content and logistics for company-wide meetings and campaigns.
• Develop content for owned platforms (website, blogs, LinkedIn, Glassdoor) ensuring brand tone.
• Contribute to storytelling that highlights culture, people, and impact for external audiences.
• Repurpose employee stories for employer branding and corporate branding.
• Support PR and public affairs activities, including media tracking and press materials.
• Maintain core assets (boilerplate, bios, fact sheets) and liaise with partners/agencies.
• Identify speaking opportunities and thought leadership with broader team.
• Stay informed on industry trends, AI developments relevant to communications.
• Maintain content on internal and external platforms using SharePoint, Teams, and CMS.
