Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy in Marietta, GA is seeking an onboarding coordinator to ensure smooth setup of new facilities within the pharmacy management system. You will configure ECM folders/workflows, customize settings, and collaborate with the Account Manager to collect required information for patient and facility profiles.

Responsibilities include QA testing, troubleshooting interface issues, and acting as the primary contact for eMAR/EHR inquiries.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration (per state requirements).
  • 2+ years of related experience (advanced degree may substitute for experience).
  • Advanced computer skills: pharmacy operations system experience required.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines.
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working with medication administration records.
  • Working knowledge of State Assisted Living regulations and facility requirements.
