Peachstatetrucks in Norcross, GA is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to develop and execute strategies that inform, engage, and align employees with our goals and culture.
The role serves as the administrator for internal channels including the e-Board, UKG Home Page, digital signage, newsletters, and executive communications, coordinating with marketing and leadership to ensure consistent branding and effective messaging.
The Internal Communications Specialist is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing communication strategies that keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with organizational goals and culture. This position serves as the primary administrator of internal communication channels, including the company e-Board, UKG Home Page, digital signage, newsletters, executive communications, and employee engagement campaigns.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Years of Experience Required: 3-5 years
Experience Required In: Internal communications, corporate communications, employee engagement, marketing communications, public relations, or related field. Experience managing intranet platforms, e-Boards, digital signage, and employee communication tools preferred.
