Western Governors University is seeking an Internal Communications Representative to support and deliver communication plans that engage and inform WGU employee audiences across the university. You will create compelling written and visual content for emails, the intranet, newsletters, and town halls.

The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
Grade: Professional 307
Pay Range: $68,300.00 - $102,500.00
The Internal Communications Representative supports and helps deliver communication plans and tactics aimed at engaging and informing WGU employee audiences across the university and affiliated entities, enabling them to support our students and our mission.

Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Organizational Development, or a related field of study.
3 years of related experience, such as hands-on experience producing multimedia channel communications (email, intranet/CMS content, presentations, event materials) in an internal communications, corporate communications, marketing communications, journalism, or similar communication-focused role.
