Helion is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Partner to keep growing teams aligned and engaged from Everett, WA. You will own storytelling, partner with teams across Helion to connect company priorities to team outcomes, and guide leaders on framing change with clarity.

You will partner with teams across Helion to deliver communications that connect company priorities to team outcomes, guide leaders on how to frame change effectively, and ensure employees have the context they need to do their best work. This role requires sound judgment, resourcefulness, and the ability to balance strategic guidance with excellent hands‑on execution. Every day will look different, but your north star will be clarity and connection for our team of builders. This is an onsite role that reports directly to the Senior Manager of Internal Communications at our Everett, WA office.
