Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced internal communications lead to shape messages across HR, IT, Finance, Facilities, and Legal. You will drive compelling content that connects NVIDIA's mission, priorities, and culture to employees worldwide.

You'll manage projects from planning to execution, create content across emails, intranet, newsletters, executive messages, and videos, and measure impact to continuously improve engagement. A Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in internal comms are expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience or equivalent demonstrated impact in internal communications, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Outstanding writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging employee content.
• Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to organize complex work, drive projects forward, and handle challenging priorities.
• Experience working across teams and handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with internal communications tools such as Slack, Microsoft O365, SharePoint, or similar platforms; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 224,250 USD. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits .
