Job summary

Brady Martz is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to join the HR team. You will develop and execute strategies that connect staff to the firm’s culture, leadership, values, and objectives, serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and driving employee engagement and organizational change.

You will partner with leaders to craft executive communications, manage content for emails, intranet, town halls, videos, and campaigns, and lead messaging for culture-building efforts while optimizing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Human Resources, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related roles.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Experience supporting executive leaders and managing organizational communications.
• Strong understanding of change management and employee engagement principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and communication technologies.
• Strong project management, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities
