This role is in the Global Internal Communication Center of Excellence and plays a vital part in contributing to its success. It executes best-in-class internal communication activities for the GIS Division, which accounts for approximately 70% of global revenue (roughly $5 billion USD). This position develops and orchestrates a wide range of communications content and materials; utilizes various communications platforms, channels and tools, and monitors communications for optimization and effectiveness. This includes, for example, planning and implementing internal news publishing, town halls, roundtables, online employee events (Olympus Exchange events), and other employee and leadership communication. The role will partner closely with the Global GIS Business Partner, ensuring consistent messaging and high-quality outputs.
The role applies best-in-class editorial standards, embraces new ways of working, and actively leverages AI tools for content creation or self-management. It provides a profound understanding of our strategic direction and the GIS division.
The role plays a key part in strengthening Olympus’ employee engagement globally and may support other areas of the Communications organization in cross-functional efforts and initiatives.
