Olympus EndoTherapy is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to develop a future-ready sales pipeline through clinical, commercial, and business training in a field setting. The EndoTherapy Associate Territory Manager (ATM) is a key developmental role within the Olympus EndoTherapy commercial organization. This position is designed to build a strong, future-ready pipeline of Territory Managers by developing high-potential early-career sales professionals who are ready for accelerated growth beyond the Associate Territory Manager role but not yet in full-territory ownership.
The EndoTherapy ATM will participate in activities that blends clinical, commercial, and business acumen training with hands-on field experience. While the ATM formally reports to the Area VP, day-to-day coaching and mentorship will be provided by the assigned Region VP, EndoTherapy Territory Manager(s), Field Sales Trainers, and designated Emerging Leaders Program members.
The goal is to prepare Associate TMs to successfully transition into a full EndoTherapy Territory Manager (ETM) role, or, depending on business need, into a Marketing role, or another field position within Olympus.
