Environmental Air Systems is seeking an Internal Communications & Engagement Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Internal Marketing & Communications department in High Point, NC. You will drive employee engagement programs, corporate events, and internal branding to strengthen culture.

Reporting to the Director, you will translate strategic directions into actionable plans, manage budgets and vendor partnerships, and ensure projects stay on time while delivering measurable impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Five+ years of experience in operations, internal communications, employee engagement, or event management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Internal Marketing & Communications department.
• Oversee employee engagement programs, events, and brand governance.
• Manage Asana project plans, timelines, and cross-team workloads.
• Develop SOPs, budgets, and operational dashboards.
• Collaborate with the Director to translate strategy into executable plans.
