Reporting to the Head of Group Benefits Internal Communications, this role plays a critical role in communicating organizational transformation and enabling leaders to articulate progress through clear messaging, practical support, and polished communications materials. You will also serve as a key liaison to talent and culture partners, helping manage town halls and announcements while ensuring consistency across Group Benefits.### Candidate AttributesOrganized and empathetic communicator who enjoys helping leaders succeed in their own communications. Comfortable managing details, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, and translating high-level strategy into practical, leader-ready communications. Excellent writer who can prioritize information and turn complex business priorities into clear, compelling narratives. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
