Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation invites an Internal Communications Co-Op for Summer 2027 to join our Marketing Communications team in New Bremen, OH. You will gain hands-on experience in corporate communications, content creation and employee engagement.

You will assist in creating internal communications, editing content, updating intranet sites and tracking engagement metrics while ensuring brand consistency and supporting cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
• Strong writing, research and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Own means of reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing team in creating, coordinating and delivering communications that keep employees informed, engaged and aligned with company goals and initiatives.
• Assist in the development and distribution of internal communications including emails, newsletters, announcements and intranet content.
• Create and edit written content for employee communication channels.
• Help maintain and update the company Intranet site.
• Support the rollout of a global Intranet site.
• Collaborate with departments across the organization to gather information and develop communication materials.
• Track communication metrics and prepare reports to measure engagement and effectiveness.
• Ensure consistency of company branding, messaging and communication standards.
• Support special projects and other marketing activities as assigned.
