Internal Communication Specialist

Location: Pensacola, FL (hybrid - 3 days a week onsite)

Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options

Position Type: Contract

Responsible for developing, delivering, and measuring communications that align with business objectives and engage internal audiences. Create and execute communication plans across multiple channels. Manage internal communication channels, leverage project management tools, and adhere to established processes. Collaborate closely with team members, cross-functional partners, and key stakeholders to ensure communications are aligned, timely, and impactful. Review communications for compliance with guidelines and contribute to team deliverables with increasing independence. Perform assignments of moderate scope and complexity, applying judgment within defined parameters.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in communications or related field.
• 5-10 years of overall experience.
• Basic understanding of business and operating environment.
• Proficient in drafting internal announcements, newsletters, and intranet content.
