Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an Internal Auditor to join the Internal Audit Organization, supporting audits of AI and agentic capabilities across business processes.

You will work with technology, product, and risk teams to assess controls, data usage, and governance while applying human oversight. This role emphasizes collaboration across 2nd line risk and 1st line partners, leveraging AI tooling, analytics, and established governance to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, or Risk Assurance and knowledge of audit life cycle.
• Understanding of audit best practices in planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
• Experience working with business owners and teams in an audit capacity.
• Comfort adopting and experimenting with new AI/GenAI tools in a controlled mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support audits that assess risks and controls over AI and agentic capabilities embedded in business processes.
• Help evaluate how company and customer data is used by AI tools and connected platforms.
• Be a self-starter managing projects with minimal oversight.
• Deliver audit tasks within required deadlines with high quality and adherence to methodologies.
