North Star Mutual Insurance is looking for an individual to assist with various aspects of internal audit activities, such as control documentation, control testing, issue tracking, and report issuance.

Individuals who are detail-oriented, have excellent writing proficiency, possess sound analytical skills, interact well with others, are skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word, and can comprehend business documents are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time in-office position in Cottonwood, MN.

Qualifications

• Two- or four-year degree preferred; accounting or insurance experience helpful but not required.

A two or four year post-secondary degree is preferred. Previous accounting and insurance related experience for this position would be helpful, but is not required.

This is a full-time in-office position in Cottonwood, MN.

While a variety of factors, including but not limited to job related knowledge, skillset, level of education and/or experience will be taken into consideration, it is anticipated this position will start at $28.85 per hour. This role may be eligible for a merit increase at the 6-month mark and then annually thereafter and is eligible for our profit-sharing bonus plan.

Starting Range $28.85 to $33.00 per hour.
