Job summary

The HEICO Companies, LLC in Warrenville, IL is seeking an Internal Audit Staff to participate in financial, operational, compliance, IT, and strategic audits across the Heico portfolio. The role reports to the Internal Audit Manager and is based at the corporate office.

Responsibilities include planning, testing, reporting, risk assessments, data analytics, and coordination with management. Travel 30-50%, including international; CPA/CISA/CIA helpful; comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, business, finance, economics, data science, or IT.
• Experience with data analytics and data visualization software.
• CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, CRMA or in progress a plus.
• Familiarity with IT general, application, and security controls preferred.
• Spanish, French, Mandarin, or German language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of audits: planning, testing, reporting, and remediation follow-up.
• Collaborate on risk assessments and audit plans with audit team.
• Analyze data to identify trends and risk patterns; adjust audit approaches.
• Ensure timely completion of audits and maximize efficiency.
• Identify control and financial risks; suggest business process improvements.
• Stay aligned with Finance priorities and industry developments.
• Communicate audit findings clearly; coordinate with management for action plans.
• Assist with special projects as designated by Internal Audit or Exec Management.
• Support annual external financial audits of the Company and subsidiaries.
