Job summary

Vervent in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking an Internal Audit Specialist to support the department’s quality goals through monitoring and documentation of processes and outcomes. You will analyze customer interactions, develop trend data, and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver repeatable, cost-efficient improvements across the organization.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of finance or auditing experience, with the ability to work on-site in Sioux

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in finance or related field; auditing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and present trend data of multichannel monitoring formats and quality standards.
• Build relationships with stakeholders through effective communication across the client life-cycle.
• Identify, define, and document business needs and objectives, current procedures, problems, input/output requirements, and access levels.
• Define and document customer business functions and processes.
• Develop tools, techniques, and standardization to improve efficiency, client satisfaction, and cost effectiveness.
• Maintain departmental standards with strong listening and analytical skills.
• Evaluate reporting and develop self-service capabilities for clients and internal users.
• Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly quality reports to identify customer needs and expectations.
