City Plumbing in Northampton, MA seeks an Internal Audit Manager to lead and transform the internal audit function, providing strategic guidance to protect financial integrity and drive improvements. You will partner with senior leaders to strengthen controls, manage risk, and deliver high-quality assurance across the Group.

Ideal candidates are ACA/ACCA/IIA‑qualified, with deep risk management knowledge, excellent communication, and proven project management skills to steer both planned audits

Qualifications

• Qualified professional with accounting/audit qualification (ACA/ACCA/IIA or equivalent).
• Deep understanding of internal control frameworks and risk management methodologies.
• Ability to translate audit findings into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities
