Job summary

NuScale Power’s Internal Audit internship is based in our Houston, TX office and offers year-round opportunities. The role is part-time during the school year and full-time in the summer, focusing on SOX compliance and operational audits.

You will work with internal auditors to gain hands-on experience across the audit lifecycle, using AuditBoard and MS Office, while applying accounting knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program in accounting, finance, or IS.
• Solid understanding of accounting concepts and strong technical writing, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810.

Responsibilities

• Learn internal audits, use AuditBoard and Microsoft Office applications.
• Assist with SOX compliance and operational audits.
