MFS in Boston invites undergrad students enrolled in co-op programs to join our Internal Audit team for a 6-month, Monday to Friday assignment beginning January 13, 2027 and ending June 25, 2027, with 35–40 hours per week. You will support audit testing and learn how an asset manager conducts audits.
Reporting to an Audit Manager and Senior Internal Auditor, you will gain exposure to multiple business units and participate in structured learning activities such as orientation and speaker series.

At the conclusion of this position, co-ops will have increased their knowledge of investing, the mutual fund industry, employee engagement, and a firm understanding of how the Internal Audit process works at an asset manager.
MFS co-op positions are a 6-month commitment, working Monday - Friday (beginning on Wednesday, January 13th through Friday June 25th, 2027), and work between 35-40 hours. Our program is designed for undergraduate students who are currently enrolled in a co-op program through their college or university and can meet our requirements.
This position reports to an Internal Audit Manager. During the course of audit assignments, the Internal Audit Co-op will work under the direction and guidance of an Audit Manager and/or, Senior Internal Auditor.
Under the guidance of the audit manager and/or Senior Internal Auditors, the Internal Audit Co-op provides essential assistance during internal audit projects, contributing to the completion of specific tasks within the overall scope of an audit engagement.
Hourly Pay Rate: $21.00-$25.00
