About the Role

Join us as an Internal Advisor Consultant. This role is designed for those with prior experience in sales or finance looking to continue their growth. In this role, you’ll build and maintain client relationships, develop industry knowledge, and work in a collaborative team environment. Success comes from being personable, detail‑oriented, and motivated to exceed goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Assist clients in investment selection with a consultative sales process.
• Partner with senior salesperson to develop a business plan designed to meet goals and objectives.
• Reach out to clients and prospective clients and respond to questions in a knowledgeable, timely fashion.
• Demonstrate an understanding of clients’ business, sales trends and portfolio features.
• Maintain notes on client interactions and effectively prepare for client calls and meetings.
• Research and communicate industry changes and trends that may impact company or product positioning.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proactive and high‑energy approach with a strong drive for success.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• 1+ years of experience in sales or financial services.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Licensing: Series 7 (or SIE plus Series 7 Top‑Off) and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65 combined), or the ability to obtain these within a defined timeframe.
• Valid work authorization in the United States that does not require future visa sponsorship.

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $60,000 per year. Total compensation may vary based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. Variable pay such as bonus, commissions, and/or long‑term incentives may also apply. Comprehensive benefits include vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental and life insurance.

Exempt, full‑time position located in AMINV US Asset Management.

In‑Office Collaboration

Employees are expected to work in the office at least four days per week with optional one day remote, with role‑specific requirements discussed during hiring.
