# Intern, Video Production## •### @hubcityspartanburgersPosted on 11/12/2025•Intern## Job DescriptionThe Hub City Spartanburgers, the High-A Affiliates of the Texas Rangers, are currently looking for eager, hard-working individuals to join the team for the 2026 season!Our goal is to provide real hands-on experience that can be used to land leading roles within the highly competitive professional sports industry. The Video Production Intern will focus primarily on capturing and editing high-quality video content for highlights, special events, and general park and community promotions. This paid position begins in spring 2026 and will conclude at the end of the 2026 season.**Main Responsibilities**• Shoot and edit video content for use on video boards, social media, advertisements (player highlights/park promotions/mascot and community videos, special events, etc.)• Develop a continuous rotation of engaging hype videos throughout the season, ensuring fresh and exciting content is available for fans and players.• Record video footage during games, expanding beyond live feed cameras to capture unique angles and moments for future content.• Assist the creative department in creating graphics for social media, print, advertisements, etc.• Daily logging of B-roll from games and events.• Help ideate and create short form videos for Tik Tok, YouTube, and Reels.• Work up to 66 home games and other special events during season within production department including but not limited to: camera operator, music, replay, video board, graphics.• Daily maintenance of video camera equipment.• Attend community events and assist with other department’s duties to gain the full MiLB organization experience.• Be an active member of the marketing team by contributing creative ideas for theme nights, social media content, etc.• Other duties assigned.**Experience/Qualifications**• Pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in field related to video production from accredited four-year college or university.• Strong professional knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Services - Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop.• Proficient knowledge of video production equipment including cameras, microphones, etc.• Ability to multitask and complete tasks within deadlines.• Strong organizational and communication skills.• Ability to work flexible and demanding hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.• Ability to carry up to 20lbs of equipment and stand for hours at a time.• **Preferred start date is March 10th.**We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.LocationOn-siteSpartanburg, South CarolinaPayPay not disclosedSimilar roles/responsibilitiesVideographerVideo InternVideo Editor
