Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts invites applications for a part-time, 12-week internship focused on ticket operations for upcoming performances at The Barns at Wolf Trap. The role supports ticket information delivery to patrons, donors, and group leaders while building experience in revenue reconciliation and reporting.
Candidates should have strong customer service and writing skills, be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, and be legally eligible to work in the United

EXPECTED DURATION: 12 weeks (part-time; up to 21 hours/week)
PAY RATE: $13.75/hour

The Foundation does not offer fully remote work for any positions. If applicant cannot be onsite on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, an onsite schedule should be discussed if contacted for an interview.
POSITION DESCRIPTION: Assist with ticket operations for upcoming performances, which helps increase Wolf Traps exposure and reputation. Handle requests, and assist with performances at The Barns at Wolf Trap. Applicants should be personable as they will interact directly with patrons, group leaders, and donors.
