• Attend Investment Planning appointments with advisors and take detailed meeting notes.
• Track action items and follow-up tasks.
• Help create a professional, customer-focused experience.
• Administrative & Operational Support - Assist with applications, documentation, and post-meeting follow-up.
• Coordinate next steps with team members.
• Keep customer communications organized and professional.
• Utilize agency technology and systems to improve efficiency.
