Responsibilities

• Assist the business goals of the insurance agency with mutually agreed upon expectations.
• Assist the agent and sales team with developing and implementing marketing processes to drive new customer acquisition
• Assist the Customer Service Team with administrative tasks required to efficiently manage the customer experience
• Collect customer and prospective customer requests and work with other staff to determine the next steps in meeting the customer’s needs.
