Hilmar Cheese Company invites top students to join a 10-week summer internship in Hilmar, CA. You will work on real projects with our team, gaining hands-on experience in CRM, sales processes, and product portfolios while exploring potential full-time opportunities after graduation.

You will also participate in dairy visits, community projects, and leadership sessions with senior leaders as you help support key accounts and CRM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Sophomore year student pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, Accounting, HR, Finance or related field.
• MS Office proficiency including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsabilités

• Improve processes related to CRM, Key Account Support, and Pipeline development.
• Identify opportunities for succession and growth.
• Support the Organization Structure based on the ISMP.

A Typical Day

At Hilmar Cheese Company we offer a 10-week paid, skill-enriching, innovation-generating summer advantage. Our interns innovate, collaborate and deliver. We’re counting on our interns to bring fresh ideas and own exciting projects in the works.

As an intern at our Hilmar, CA site, you’ll be exposed to real life business situations and will work on projects alongside our employees. Your summer with Hilmar Cheese will include dairy visits, community projects, and even a chance to pick the brain of our senior leaders. You’ll have the opportunity to gain insight on how we create wholesome dairy products, systems and services that improve lives around the world.

Job Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities and Potential Projects are as follows:

• Improvement of a specific processes relating to CRM, Key Account Support, and Pipeline development
• Identification of opportunities for succession and growth
• Support of Organization Structure based on the new ISMP
• Develop skills utilizing CRM, B2B Sales, SAP, Sales Cycle, and Product Portfolio

What You Will Need

• Completion of sophomore year at a university and working towards a degree in Business, Sales, Accounting, Human Resources, Finance or related field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office products: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Strong applied technical skills and analytical problem-solving skills

• Good oral and written communication skills
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Physical Demands & Work Environment

The role has frequent occasions that require prolonged walking or standing, lifting/ carrying/handling moderate weight objects on a regular basis. Is required to wear PPE and have a regular presence in manufacturing and warehouse environments in both temperature controlled and uncontrolled locations. Must frequently interact with people verbally. Specific details of the essential functions of the position is available in the Job Safety Analysis, made available on request.
