Job summary

Hilmar Cheese Company is offering a 10-week paid summer internship at the Hilmar, CA site. Interns will engage in real business projects, gain exposure to CRM processes, SAP, and B2B sales, and collaborate with teams across departments to drive innovation and growth.

You will work on projects alongside our employees, participate in dairy visits and community initiatives, and explore potential full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Sophomore year at a university pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, Accounting, Human Resources, Finance or related field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office products: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Strong applied technical skills and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Improvement of a specific processes relating to CRM, Key Account Support, and Pipeline development
• Identification of opportunities for succession and growth
• Support of Organization Structure based on the new ISMP
• Develop skills utilizing CRM, B2B Sales, SAP, Sales Cycle, and Product Portfolio

As an intern at our Hilmar, CA site, you’ll be exposed to real life business situations and will work on projects alongside our employees. Your summer with Hilmar Cheese will include dairy visits, community projects, and even a chance to pick the brain of our senior leaders. Physical Demands & Work Environment

The role has frequent occasions that require prolonged walking or standing, lifting/ carrying/handling moderate weight objects on a regular basis. Is required to wear PPE and have a regular presence in manufacturing and warehouse environments in both temperature controlled and uncontrolled locations. Must frequently interact with people verbally. Specific details of the essential functions of the position is available in the Job Safety Analysis, made available on request.
