Labcorp is seeking an RCM Accounts Receivable Intern to join our Finance Team located in Burlington, NC with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule. The internship runs for 11 weeks (June 1, 2027 – August 13, 2027) and is paid, with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.
The intern will support revenue cycle improvements, analyze data, and collaborate with AR Support, Sales, and operations to drive project initiatives and gain real-world experience in healthcare finance.

The Accounts Receivable Support Team supports Labcorp’s revenue cycle operations through initiatives focused on accounts receivable, billing processes, customer needs, and operational improvement. The team works closely with Sales and operational partners to evaluate opportunities that support revenue cycle performance and key margin initiatives. As a member of the team, the intern will gain hands‑on experience supporting a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) margin initiative involving eClaims Assist, a tool used in physician office billing processes. The intern will work with AR Support leadership, Sales, and operational teams to analyze data, gather customer feedback, evaluate potential use of the tool, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (December2027 through June2029 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; however, all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply.
