Job description

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

  • Analysis: Assist in reviewing and documenting existing and new test methods to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and automation opportunities.
  • Data: Collect and analyze test results using statistical tools or scripts to identify trends, failure patterns, and optimization opportunities.
  • Validation: Support the design and execution of pilot tests for new methodologies, comparing effectiveness against current standards.
  • Automation: Partner with engineering teams to automate repetitive manual testing tasks and contribute to script development for improved efficiency.
  • Reporting: Develop clear, concise reports summarizing test findings, recommendations, and proposed improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work cross‑functionally with product management and QA teams to ensure test methods align with product requirements and user experience goals.
Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Analysis: Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis using tools such as Excel, Python, or SQL.
  • Testing: Basic understanding of testing principles, including unit, integration, and system testing, as well as quality assurance practices.
  • Mindset: Demonstrates curiosity with a passion for problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams.
