Job summary

Arcwood Environmental offers a 12-week Intern, Pricing program in Indianapolis, with a hybrid work arrangement. You will be embedded in the Pricing team and participate in the launch of Dynamic Pricing, including testing, training, go-live, and adoption tracking.

As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience across pricing analytics, dashboard development, and change management, applying data insights to real business needs and supporting pricing strategy across services.

Qualifications

• Enrolled, full-time college student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business analytics, information systems, math/statistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Intern will assist with pricing analytics as part of Dynamic Pricing rollout.
• Participate in testing, training, go-live and adoption tracking for pricing changes.
• Create and maintain dashboards to monitor performance, adoption, overrides, and discount behavior.
• Assist in creating training materials, reference guides, and FAQs about the product.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field (in progress)

GPA > 2.7 overall; GPA in major > 3.0

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

This internship opportunity with Arcwood Environmental is a 12-week program where you are immersed in your assigned department gaining real hands-on experience.

The Intern, Pricing will have the opportunity to work with the extended Pricing teams. This internship will be embedded into the launch of Dynamic Pricing, a major change in how services are priced. You will get hands-on experience in every phase of a system rollout, from testing and training to go-live and adoption tracking.

• Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
• Supports testing and launch readiness to test Dynamic Pricing and CPQ functionality including documentation of results, challenges, and outputs
• Assists in creating training materials, reference guides and FAQs that explain the product and how to use it
• Supports execution of change management, communications, training sessions, and adoption initiatives
• Uses analytics and reporting, including the creation and maintenance of dashboards, to monitor performance, adoption, manual overrides, discount behavior, turnaround time, win rates, system effectiveness, etc.
• Conducts ad hoc pricing analyses and provides actionable insights based on evolving business needs
• Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization
