Job summary

KLJ in Denver is seeking an intern/entry-level team member to assist with data collection, analysis, and field documentation for infrastructure projects. You will support surveying, inspections, and site visits while preparing plans and reports under supervision.

The role requires pursuing a degree in civil engineering or a related field, with familiarity in AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, GIS, and MicroStation. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Surveying, or a related field.
• Interest in infrastructure, transportation, utilities, or construction.
• Basic understanding of engineering, surveying, or planning principles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Exposure to AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, MicroStation, or similar software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
