Responsibilities

  • Assist with correspondence from designers, Project Managers, and contractors to resolve issues with contract documents to include follow-up on past due dates for receipt of contract documents and signed contracts.
  • Provide regular validation of license information for insurers, bonding agents, and contractors, pre-review of submitted bids, insurance and bond analysis.
  • Upload all documents for bids, RFPs, contract documents, Agreements, and procurements awards, enter information and dates, and keep it current.
  • Correspond with insurance companies and surety companies, update documents and keep them current.
  • Provide advanced computer skills, proficiency in typing, data entry, word processing, spreadsheets, scheduling, email, digital image transfer, and file storage, organization, and retrieval, while using and taking reasonable care of office equipment provided by TBR.
  • Support staff in assigned project based work and other duties assigned.

Job Duties
