Job summary

PowerCo is seeking a process engineering intern to support production issue analysis and CIP activities in Battery Valley, Salzgitter. You will gather root cause data and help coordinate CIP meetings with colleagues, documenting outcomes and next steps.

The role emphasizes collaboration, structured work, and a proactive attitude toward learning and conveying knowledge within the team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Business fluency in English and German.
• Experience with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Planner).

Responsibilities

• Resolve production issues by collecting root cause analysis reports.
• Coordinate CIP meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Moderate CIP preparations and capture implications of decisions.
• Improve communication and knowledge transfer in process engineering.

Who We Are

Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The Operations department takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

Your Role And Key Responsibilities

To resolve our technical issue from production, you will collect each specific root cause analysis report and cordinate to prepare CIP meeting with colleaguiesTo secure prompt root cause analysis and steady implementation of solution, you need to moderate prepartion of CIP meeting and consquence of meeting minutesKeep to find better comunicaiton and knowledge transfferring as intern process engineering position
