Qualifications

• Currently pursuing BS/MS/PhD in CS, graphics, robotics, or related field.
• Strong Python and PyTorch experience.
• Familiarity with neural rendering (NeRF, Gaussian splatting) and 3D graphics fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Research, implement, and benchmark neural rendering methods for construction-site imagery.
• Train models on fleet site data and evaluate fidelity, temporal consistency, and render speed.
• Integrate neural rendering outputs into the simulation pipeline so perception and planning teams can train and test against them.
• Build evaluation metrics to quantify realism and whether improvements transfer to autonomy performance.
• Identify failure modes: dust, deformable terrain, lighting challenges.
