Job summary

Sephora in San Francisco offers a 10-week internship in Merchandising, with a hybrid work location and a Monday–Friday schedule in Pacific Time. The program runs June 14–August 20, 2027, with opportunities to relocate to the SF Bay Area after graduation for consideration for full-time hybrid roles.

You will organize product samples, manage digital assets, analyze trends, and support cross-functional merchandising efforts.

Position title: Intern, Merchandising

Your role at Sephora...

As the Intern, Merchandising, you will support the merchandising team by organizing competitive product samples and digital assets, analyzing business trends, and helping coordinate product information across internal teams and brand partners.

What you will accomplish:

Organize competitive product samples and related merchandising materials to support team workflows.
