Job summary

Great West Casualty Company is excited to offer a Legal Intern position for a motivated law student to gain hands-on experience in corporate, regulatory, and insurance law. You will collaborate closely with our legal team on a variety of projects that support business operations and compliance.

You will assist with contract review, drafting, and organizing documents, conduct legal research, and help with litigation support and regulatory monitoring.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited law school with at least one year completed preferred.
• Strong academic performance and interest in corporate/insurance law.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and summarize findings on regulatory topics.
• Assist with reviewing, drafting, and organizing contracts and legal documents.
• Support with litigation management, discovery requests, and document preparation.
