Job summary

Enterprise Mobility Information Technology Division invites motivated students to join a Summer 2027 IT Internship. You will gain hands-on experience, receive coaching and mentorship, and contribute to real projects within a collaborative, growth-focused team.

The 10-week program is hosted both in-office and virtually; interns reside in the St. Louis area for the duration and participate on-site 1–2 times weekly, with options for remote work other days.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must reside in St. Louis, MO or surrounding area.
• Pursuing a degree in HRM, Organization Development, IO psychology, or related field with a 3.0 GPA+.
• Current student with graduation date in Dec 2027 or May 2028.
• Able to work a 40-hour week for the entire 10-week program.
• Must reside in the St. Louis area for the program duration with on-site weekly needs.
• Experience with Storyline, SharePoint, or similar tech.
• Basic understanding of training design and development approaches.
• Must commit to incorporating security in all decisions.

Responsibilities

• LMS administration tasks (setting up courses, attendance, reporting).
• Draft communications and respond to Talent Development Mailbox.
• Assist in developing new business line education and updates to training content.
• Update SharePoint resources and curate online content for upskilling.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Mobility Information Technology Division is seeking driven and passionate technologists to join our Summer 2027 Internship Program.

The Enterprise IT Internship is a robust and highly engaging program where students are encouraged to gain real world, hands-on experience while having fun and contributing to the organization. As an intern, you will be challenged with completing projects that will enhance your skills all while being provided with coaching, mentorship and networking opportunities.

This structured 10-week internship program is hosted both in-office and virtually. Our Interns are required to reside in the St. Louis area through the duration of the program. Interns will be onsite 1 to 2 times per week to participate in coordinated group internship events and development activities. Interns generally have the opportunity to work either onsite or remotely the other days of the week with their assigned teams.

Schedule

This 10-week internship will begin on May 24, 2027 and will conclude on July 30, 2027. You must be available to work a 40-hour work week for the entire 10 weeks, working Monday through Friday.

Over the course of the 10-week internship experience, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work directly with a mentor while finding solutions to real world problems
• Build a lasting professional network through social events and engaging activities
• Interact directly with our company leaders to learn about our IT strategy and initiatives
• Execute LMS administration tasks (setting up courses, marking attendance, run reports )
• Draft communications and respond to Talent Development Mailbox
• Assist/Contribute to development of new business line education
• Assist/Contribute to updates to Workshop and Web Based Training
• Assist/Contribute to content updates for SharePoint resources
• Research and curate online content for technical or professional upskill needs

Skills and Abilities:

• Demonstrable analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to think outside the box
• Strong written communication skills
• Basic Excel skills to run and manipulate reports
