Job summary

Kite is offering an internship in Quality Systems, Compliance & Audits and Vendor Quality. As an intern, you will contribute to high‑impact projects, gaining real‑world experience in a leading biopharma setting.

You will trend data, help build AI tools, and support quality process improvements while collaborating with diverse teams. This 10–12 week summer program emphasizes development, leadership exposure, and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full‑time in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD or PhD program at an accredited U.S. college or university.
• Must be at least 18 years old at the start of the internship.
• Must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.8 at the time of application and hire.

Responsibilities

• Data trending and gap analysis for study and portfolio datasets.
• Assist in creating AI agents.
• Assist in GCP inspection preparation activities.
• Assist in quality metrics and process improvements.
• Develop tools/templates to support Kite quality culture in clinical trials.
