Job summary

Yum! Brands invites students to join the Internal Audit team as an intern for the 2027 program in Louisville, KY. This hybrid, 20-hour-per-week role supports Operations, Franchise & IT Audit and touches Finance, Food Safety, SCM, and IT Security.

Open to current students graduating by January 2027 or graduates pursuing Accounting, Finance, or Business Analytics. Strong communication, attention to detail, and comfort with BI tools are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current college student graduating on or before January 2027 or current graduate student in Accounting, Finance, or Business Analytics.
• Availability to work for a year, part-time (20 hours/week).
• US Citizen or unrestricted work authorization (no sponsorship available).
• Hands-on experience with BI platforms (Power BI, Domo) and process automation tools (UiPath, Alteryx) a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Flexible with ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Attention to detail with interest in auditing and information management.
• 2–3 years of experience in Records Information Management or related field.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; O365/SharePoint knowledge a plus.

About the Job:

This team is tasked with making dreams come true while keeping in mind the needs of the business and its partners. If you have a passion for touching every aspect of the business including Finance and Accounting, Food Safety, SCM, and IT Security, then Yum! has a position for you. We are looking for an Internal Audit intern who will work supporting our Operations, Franchise & IT Audit team over the next year.

When: Full Year (January - December 2027), Part-Time Program (20 hours/week)

Where: Louisville, KY (Hybrid work environment) Work from Home on Mondays & Fridays, In-Office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Salary: Pay is based on experience and grade level if applicable
