Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure in Fontana, CA is seeking a hands-on Continuous Improvement Specialist to support manufacturing operations. You will assist in developing and implementing improvement activities and training across the operation, reporting to the General Manager.

You will analyze data, track KPIs, support assessments and audits, and drive Lean projects to raise performance. This role partners with cross-functional teams to execute visible, KPI-driven improvements on the shop floor.

Position Summary

This position is located at our manufacturing plant in Fontana, California, reporting to the General Manager. The primary responsibilities include assisting in the development and implementation of continuous improvement activities and training throughout the operation. The selected candidate will also be responsible to various teams through events, and will provide analyses and feedback on key metrics, projects, and training.

Principle Accountabilities

• Reviews department productivity and partners with operations to support action plans to improve performance and training.
• Supports the coordination and follow-up actions from assessments and audits.
• Undertakes Lean projects and initiatives, under the direction of the General Manager.
• Collects and analyzes production data. Develops and tracks KPIs at the Plant level for improvement opportunities.
• Executes continuous improvement ideas visibly and functionally with display boards to meet KPI goals.
