Job summary

Power Device Corporation in Bohemia, NY seeks an Assembly Operator for onsite work supporting high-rel connectors and power devices. You will perform complex assembly operations under a microscope, read intricate drawings, and handle die and wire bonding with small hand tools.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, good eyesight and manual dexterity, and the ability to read and interpret assembly drawings.

This position is 100% onsite at our Bohemia, NY location.

The compensation for this role is $20/ hourly.

This position requires a U.S Person or a person who can qualify for a Department of State or Department of Commerce License.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of complex assembly operations under a microscope, with little or no supervision.
• Perform die bonding, wire bonding, header assembly or other operations of comparable difficulty.
• Use small hand tools and microscope.
• Read and interpret complex assembly drawings and other documents to determine sequence of operation and proper assembly procedures.
• Detailed knowledge of automatic or manual wire bonding and die bonding machines if applicable.
• Read and follow operational sheets.

Job Qualifications - Education/Experience:
