Power Device Corporation in Bohemia, NY is seeking an assembler to perform a variety of complex assembly operations under a microscope with little supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma, good eyesight and manual dexterity, and the ability to read complex assembly drawings. It is 100% onsite and pays $20 per hour.

• Use small hand tools and microscope.
• Read and interpret complex assembly drawings and other documents to determine sequence of operation and proper assembly procedures.
• Detailed knowledge of automatic or manual wire bonding and die bonding machines if applicable.
• Read and follow operational sheets.
• Work in a team environment
• Cross train
• Determine priorities with given resources

The compensation for this role is $20/ hourly.

This position requires a U.S Person or a person who can qualify for a Department of State or Department of Commerce License.

• Perform a variety of complex assembly operations under a microscope, with little or no supervision.
• Perform die bonding, wire bonding, header assembly or other operations of comparable difficulty.
• Use small hand tools and microscope.
• Read and interpret complex assembly drawings and other documents to determine sequence of operation and proper assembly procedures.
• Detailed knowledge of automatic or manual wire bonding and die bonding machines if applicable.
• Read and follow operational sheets.
