Aramark's Internship Program is the company’s primary entry point for emerging talent. It is a paid, immersive summer experience designed for current college students who want real leadership exposure in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Interns are embedded in one of Aramark's Lines of Business—Food & Hospitality, Facilities, or Refreshments—at client sites across the United States, combining hands-on work with leadership development, mentorship, and cohort-based learning.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program.
• Rising juniors and seniors preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the books and records for Aramark corporate accounts, including debt, derivatives, equity, share-based compensation, and leases by supporting the Financial Reporting team
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial reports and internal control requirements
• Prepare and review lease reporting journal entries
• Preparation and review of financial reports, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and other SEC filings, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Partner with Corporate, Line of Business and International accounting leadership
• Interacting and coordinating with personnel in various corporate functional areas, business areas, and other internal and external personnel (including independent auditors and external specialists) to support transactions
• Other duties as assigned

The structured, cohort-based program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders

Interns are embedded in one of Aramark's eleven Lines of Business, focusing on Food & Hospitality, Facilities, or Refreshments services at client sites across the United States. The role combines hands‑on experience with structured leadership development, mentorship, and cohort-based learning. Interns are expected to demonstrate strong leadership potential and a commitment to growth within Aramark.

The Aramark Internship Program is the primary pipeline into the Management Accelerator Program (MAP).

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain the books and records for Aramark corporate accounts, including debt, derivatives, equity, share-based compensation, and leases by supporting the Financial Reporting team
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial reports and internal control requirements
• Prepare and review lease reporting journal entries

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program. Hospitality, Operations Management, Culinary Arts, Food Service Management, Facilities Management, Business, or related majors preferred.
• Rising juniors and seniors preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through campus involvement, prior work experience, or extracurricular activities.
• Strong verbal, written, and professional communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operations.
• Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
