Under engineering mentors you will perform root-cause analysis, contribute to test fixture development, participate in ECO documentation, and draft technical reports.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
  • Prior internship, co-op, or technical project experience in electronics or medical device manufacturing is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to complete tasks independently.
  • Familiarity with circuit board components, testing principles, or troubleshooting basics.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with sustaining daily operations across electronics and electromechanical assemblies, including PCBAs, sensors, and cable harnesses.
  • Support root cause analysis and troubleshooting for production or field return issues with engineering mentors.
  • Contribute to test fixture development, calibration activities, and test protocol documentation.
  • Participate in ECO documentation, test execution, and implementation activities.
  • Draft or revise work instructions, technical reports, and validation documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ/PPQ).
  • Perform basic data analysis and report generation using Excel or Minitab.
  • Attend design reviews and provide feedback on manufacturability and serviceability.
