Job summary

CNH Industrial in New Holland, PA is seeking motivated students for its internship program. You will work on mechanical lab tests, assist with test fixture design, and support data collection. Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Agricultural Engineering, or related field is required.

Intern Program Overview

We are committed to building a strong talent pipeline by investing in early career professionals. Our internship and co‑op programs provide mentorship, training, hands‑on experience, and growth opportunities that empower students to explore their career paths with confidence. Summer interns work full‑time (40 hours per week) from May through August. Candidates must be currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree to participate in the internship program.

Job Purpose

Manage existing mechanical lab tests and carry to completion. Assist team members with test fixture design/drawing/work order creation. Carry out short mechanical lab test activities from start to finish depending on timing and availability. Manage planned Electrical component and software tests per the designated procedure. Data collection and analysis on Combines, Header, Balers, Windrowers, Bale Wagons, Forage Harvesters, or Tractors.

Experience Required

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related degree.

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD $23.69 - $25.75 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
